Do I need an appointment to come in and browse?

We open by appointment only. Every dress can be ordered in different sizes and lengths. So therefore you will need a sales assistant to guide you through the dresses. Our changing room space is limited, especially at the weekends.

To make an appointment please email us Let us know your name and wedding date, and give us  preferred appointment times and dates. Saturdays book up fast, so be sure to call us a week in advance.

Each appointment is one hour. You will have a sales assistant’s attention for that hour. An hour is normally enough time to see our collections, try on many dresses and discuss prices and timing.However,there are a few things we do ask of you, in order to maximise your time with us

  • Please turn off your mobile phones
  • Be on time for your appointment
  • No Drinks or  food
  • No False Tan

How long do your dresses take to order?

It depends on the designer, but usually takes between 3-5months.You should assume that all dresses will need some alterations, as the dresses are ordered on a size chart, so aim to get the dresses in about 6 weeks before your wedding. So 5-6 months lead time is ideal. If your wedding is less than the required delivery time, it may be considered a rush order. Most designers will accommodate with an added rush fee. Please give us a call and we can explain the rush process.

Do you have a sample dress from every designer?

In short, no.It would be impossible to have every dress from all our designers. If you would like to see one dress in particular please let us know when we make your appointment. As we sell our stock on a daily basis we cannot guarantee the dresses will be available for your appointment.


How do I make an appointment?

How does the online “No Frills” programe work?

You are responsible for the dress style, the colour, and the size(s) ordered. Please use the designers size chart. There will be no in store pick-ups allowed. All NO FRILLS orders will ship to the address(s) you provide. All NO FRILLS orders are final sales and cannot be cancelled, exchanged, modified, or refunded.No prior appointmnet in our showrooms are allowed in order to avail of our "No Frills" programme.


What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the bridal industry, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. In addition, our vendors are unable to cancel or make any changes or modifications to any order once it has been placed. Please be sure of the style, size, colour, and any other specifications before submitting your order. Modifications to an order must be in writing within 48 hours. Ability to make changes vary with each manufacturer and are not guaranteed.


Can I order swatches?

Swatches can be ordered at the time of order. Swatches take approximately 2-3 weeks to be delivered. Swatches are €10 per swatch or 3 for €20.


Can I order fabric?

Fabric can be ordered. It is best to order fabric at the same time you order your dress(s). Minimum order for fabric is 1 yard. Please be aware that fabric orders are not cut at the same time as the dress order and may be cut from a different bolt of material, which can result in dye lot variation.


Are Alterations included?

Customers that have purchased their dresses in the store through our Full-Service program have the option of having alterations done at an additional fee.We have a discounted rate with our dressmakers.


What is the delivery time for orders?

Most dresses take 14-16 weeks for the designer to deliver the gowns to our location. Dresses with a rush order take 6-10 weeks. There are times that a manufacturer may have a gown in stock for quicker delivery. Manufactures do not guarantee their delivery dates since production can vary. There are certain manufacturers that may offer a Rush Delivery, which can take 2-6 weeks. All Rush orders are an additional charge, which will vary per manufacturer.


How do I pay?

We do a 50% deposit when placing the order and the balance is paid at the time of in store pick up or 14 days before shipping. We  accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard.Please note we have a charge a fee of 3.5% on credit cards.
